We offer an introduction to pony or mule cart driving.  We will demonstrate the use of the harness and the cart’s simple mechanisms, and you will be taught how to rein. After this initial introduction and instruction, you’ll have the opportunity to drive it yourself under the supervision of the instructor, learning first hand how to communicate with the pony or mule through the reins. Your instructor will be with you the whole time, but you’ll be the one driving.
